The Job Details:
Recruiting new hires for the facility Work with site management to set staffing requirements and retain staffing levels.
Update staffing spreadsheets that are sent out weekly.
Post jobs online, on social media Prepare orientation packets, Complete new hire orientation and new hire paperwork (Lawson, state reporting, kronos, and e-verify) Maintain current lists Time clock programming and badge creation.
Set up group interviews with site management Review payroll if needed Run reports to ensure all disciplines are being administered and completed.
Establish and maintain HR staff records and reports.
Assist associates with benefits enrollment during open enrollment, new hire sign-up, and when associates have life changing events.
Conduct 401k meetings prior to the 1year mark with the employees Assist with filing Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
