Business Intelligence Analyst
- Responsibilities
- Maintain all KPI's (Financials, operations, logistics, etc.) and deliver the KPI's to management and executive teams in meaningful and accurate ways
- Proactively support sales strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate, and timely business information to drive decisions
- Evaluate cost-saving opportunities, process efficiencies, and financial implications of various supply chain initiatives
- Work regularly with Excel to extract, analyze, and report on data
- Build and maintain reports/searches in Oracle NetSuite
- Maintain and make improvements to our systems using our Zoho (low code environment) applications
- Ad-hoc projects
- Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is required
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel is required and will be evaluated before hire
- Knowledge and experience with data visualization, Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Proficiency in Python or with SQL is a plus
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Experience with Zoho applications is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
