Review current processes for mechanical improvement.
Implement improvements to processes that will achieve a cost savings or quality improvement.
Analyze and Document cost savings of process improvements.
Strive for optimal utilization of a process.
Omit dead space to store Service Glass Equipment.
Plan for future business and how to achieve seamless integration.
Work with Assembly Managers to improve quality and process goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: A Bachelors Degree in and Engineering Field Years of
Experience: 3-5 years manufacturing experience Basic PC, good oral and written communication, people, negotiating, and troubleshooting skills Ability to be flexible and make good decisions Other Requirements: 40 hour workweek, overtime as needed. Travel to customers and vendors, overnight stay weekly. Knowledge of programing equipment from a PLC screen. Knowledge and Ability to work hands on mechanically. Work activities on the production floor, exposure to plant equipment and safety hazardsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
