Job Description
Senior Programmer/Analyst
Ingram Book Group is one of the world''s largest wholesale distributors of book products. We are currently seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst for our La Vergne, Tennessee location. The primary duty of the Senior Programmer/Analyst position includes responsibility for complete life cycle of EDI applications which involves Business Analysis, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Integration, Implementation , Enhancement and Production Support of EDI applications which involves Gentran and Sterling Integrator 5.2; serving in a leadership role in small to midsize projects; performing analysis and design of new or improved systems; and troubleshooting complex development issues in multinode Unix/Linux environment. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and five (5)years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in an IT-related field. Experience must include demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) Complete life cycle of EDI applications which involves Business Analysis, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Integration, Implementation , Enhancement and Production Support of EDI applications which involves Gentran and Sterling Integrator 5.2; (2) Experience on Fulfillment systems and EDI transactions related to them involving 850,855,856,810,997,860,865 in X12 and analogous transactions in EDIFACT; (3) working on Java programs to include required functionality in application; (4) IBM Mainframe Technologies (TSO/ISPF, JCL, PL/1, COBOL, CICS, DB2); (5) Communication Channels and Protocols which include Value Added Network (GXS VAN or Pubnet), FTP, AS2, WMQ; and (6) Worked on complex Oracle and SQL queries for resolving critical customer issues. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
