Do you love computers, and have a vast knowledge about them plus not afraid to work in a call center atmosphere?! We have a Technical Service Agent position opening coming available.
They are the first hand responders to take the calls of all PC Re-Repair calls, eliminate repeat repairs, reduce DSAT escalations, enable visibility of all repair issues.
Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers by explaining the nature of the status of repair in terms the customer can understand. Must be able to work under pressure and apt to an ever changing environment. Fluent in the use of computers and software programs; especially Microsoft Office and Excel. Must be flexible with hours and available to work overtime, and Saturdays.
The core hours are 11:30-8pm and the pay range starts around $12.50. High School Diploma or GED are required.If interested please apply at select.com or call 615-355-4744 for more information.
