What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. May be involved in budgeting and financial requirements. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of project management and best practices and/or basic program management skills
Manages scope, time, risk and cost, identifying and communicating areas for improving project timelines and/or performance
Monitors and communicates performance to milestones
Serves as a knowledgeable communicator with all stakeholders (internal and external)
Shares information within a matrix environment
Engages customers in project updates to continually manage customer perceptions
Recognizes new opportunities and communicates to appropriate stakeholders (internal and external) about other Cardinal Health solutions

What is expected of you and others at this level in Sales Support for functional success
Demonstrates and executes on knowledge and understanding of relevant business process(es) (organization and/or function-specific processes) at various levels to ensure successful completion of project, process, etc.
Applies knowledge of the customer's business and industry to develop optimal solutions
Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
Jointly develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural sensitivities with other accountable parties.

Utilize existing, and identify new, tools and technology to support all operational processes.
Establish relationships with leadership across all segments of Cardinal Health to support enterprise-wide objectives.
Take lead role in OpEx and LSS projects to develop and enhance specialty programs.
_Qualifications_
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 5 yrs work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
Primary Location: Tennessee-La Vergne-SPEC DIST
Travel: Yes, 5 % of the Time
