Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
Coordinate the collection of external data & perform operational database data entry for Assigned Operational Unit(s).
Maintain communication with regional & national offices concerning Assigned Operational Unit(s).
Prepare & distribute reports or analysis to departments/supervisors for Assigned Operational Unit(s).
Analyze, reconcile, research & resolve discrepancies and make necessary adjusting entries.
Balance with transaction register daily for Assigned Organizational Unit(s).
Provide task coverage during co-worker's vacation, training or sick leave, as requested.
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
Candidates must be detail oriented, demonstrating accurate and efficient computer keyboard and data entry skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and AS400 systems preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
