CDL A Driver Yard Switcher needed in La Vergne, TN

Averitt currently has an immediate opening for full-time Yard Switcher to help serve our dedicated customer in Lavergne, Tennessee.
Start pay is $16.25/hour average 40-45 hours per week
Monday through Friday - HOME DAILY!

Details:
- Performing pre- and post-shift equipment safety inspections
- Hooking/unhooking trailers
- Frequent bending for placement of wheel chocks
- Opening trailer doors
- Sliding trailer tandems when necessary
- Safely entering/exiting daycab tractor numerous times per shift
- Safely maneuvering equipment with good backing skills
- This position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (or until needed)

Requirements:
Class A CDL with 6 months verifiable tractor/trailer experience and/or switching experience within past 3 years
