Packaging Data Entry Coordinator

Alliance HR is looking for Packaging Data Entry Coordinators.

Education and
Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
One year of data entry/computer experience is preferred
Must have accurate computer data entry skills and strong communication background
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
Flexible work schedule


Training:
Continuous on the job training under direct supervision of the Department leadership
On the job training will consist of hands on data entry into system, and introduction to processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
The Data Entry's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets by accurate data entry
Create, copy, transmit, receive and file documents related to warehouse activity
Maintain filing system for all Packaging documentation
Prioritize and insure communications with appropriate parties are done according to sensitivity and urgency
Work closely and communicate with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Manger
File supporting documentation
Printing and replying with results to emails requesting cycle counts on product
Responsible for print screens of product inquiry as well as transactions to correct any inventory issues
Back up MCT's as needed
All other duties as assigned

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
