Packaging Team Lead
Alliance HR is looking for Packaging Team Leads.
Education and
Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent 1 year Mfg. experience
A minimum of 3 years prior leadership experience
Candidate must have good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
Flexible work schedule
Training:
Continuous on-the-job training under direct supervision of another trained Team Leader, Supervisor, and/or Manager. Employee will be required to attend a formal leadership training course when available.
Responsibilities:
Team Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Supervisors and or Team Leads are responsible and held accountable for properly tracking employee's in and out sheets and scans to ensure accurate payroll reporting
Assume responsibility for area and equipment cleanliness and organization
Communicate with the other Team Leads throughout the shift to complete necessary work
Prioritize work according to schedule
Assign, supervise, guide, and arrange personnel
Ensure the staff you are responsible for has the understanding, capability, information and resources to complete their defined responsibilities
Address personnel issues w/ Supervision and develop capabilities and skills of department personnel
Set realistic goals and performance standards in conjunction with the Supervisors and Manager
Perform employee accuracy and efficiency audits as required
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, provide employee guidance as needed
Maintain and evaluate employee records, time edits and the attendance calendar
Investigate and research any issue related to inventory accuracy
Develop and implement methods for improvements in material flow or velocity, efficiency, utilization, reduced costs, improved working conditions and safety waste
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with each department within Cinram.
Review, revise and develop departmental procedures in coordination with the ISO Department as needed and assure the current procedures and specifications are in compliance
